You can return or exchange products purchased from us within 100 days from the date of purchase. For hygienic reasons, the right of return only applies to unopened goods. Therefore, we seal all piercings individually in a foil bag or by means of a sealing sticker.
The right of return does not restrict your legal right of withdrawal, but is also intended to give you the opportunity to buy gifts early and still exchange them if necessary.

If the value is higher than 30€, we advise you to send the parcel with a tracking number, because without in case of loss we cannot offer a refund or a new shipment and you would have to do a parcel research for which you will need a tracking number.
As soon as we receive your order, we will refund the amount.
